Our mission:
The Greener Good was established with the goal of increasing accessibility of green and local products for Canadian consumers. Comparing products for their degree of eco-friendliness is almost impossible on the spot. You find an organic brand but it's packaged in a non-recyclable plastic container that has travelled 2000 Km and a local non-organic product in zero packaging. Which one do you buy? Which is actually better for the environment?

The information for making better and greener decisions is out there but it can be time consuming to do all your own research. We create our own unique "Green Score" calculator that takes into account many different factors in order to provide the most green products as well as help manufacturers increase the "greeness" of their products.

We would also like to give consumers a channel to provide their opinions and preferences with products. We pass all suggestions on to the manufacturers.
